Product Description
The brazed plate heat exchanger is a plate heat exchanger made by brazing adjacent stainless steel corrugated plates in a vacuum brazing furnace using pure copper (or nickel) as filler metal. The channel is formed between the plates, the corner hole distribution on the corner makes the two media flow alternately in the channel, the number of contact points provides a good mechanical emphasis, the contact point and the edge are brazed by copper (or nickel), with a compact structure, small volume, light weight, high heat transfer efficiency, the total amount of refrigerant filling is small, a wide range of adaptation, good price performance ratio and other advantages.
Channel characteristics of brazed plate heat exchanger
H channel: High heat transfer coefficient. It is suitable for small
flow but strong heat transfer (high specific heat, phase change but
large temperature difference), such as refrigeration heat transfer.
M channel: Heat transfer coefficient and resistance between H and L
channels.
L channel: low heat transfer coefficient, low resistance. It is
suitable for large flow and weak heat transfer (low specific heat
difference is small), such as air heat transfer under ambient
pressure.
Advantages of brazed plate heat exchanger Compact structure: the
use of thin stainless steel plate, high heat transfer coefficient,
low retention.
Reliable and stable: the selection of stainless steel 304.316L and
solder, weld quality is high, can withstand high temperature and
high pressure, high fatigue strength.
Less water consumption: The brazed plate heat exchanger has high
heat exchange efficiency, so that it only needs 1/3 of the cooling
water flow of the shell and tube heat exchanger under the same
cooling condition.
Light weight: only 20% to 30% of shell and tube type, reducing
transportation and installation costs.
Low fouling coefficient: High turbulence reduces the fouling
coefficient, thus reducing the number of cleanings.
Additional accessories: According to the needs of users, we can
