The LY-15-3000 Multilayer Vacuum Hot Pressing Production Line is a comprehensive, fully integrated solution engineered for high-volume manufacturing of large-format composite panels used in the transportation industry, specifically for RV cabins and refrigerated truck bodies. This 73-meter long line (customizable) seamlessly integrates multiple critical processes: unwinding of facing materials, precision CNC glue spraying, automated layup, 4-layer negative pressure machine, and final cutting. The core of the line is the 4-layer negative pressure machine, which applies uniform vacuum pressure simultaneously to multiple panels, dramatically increasing throughput while saving floor space. The CNC glue spraying system ensures accurate adhesive application (≤±5%) across widths up to 3000mm, compatible with both single and two-component adhesives.
