1. Pattern optimization and air flow noise control
In order to reduce the noise generated by the tires during driving,
we have optimized the tire tread pattern. The shape and arrangement

gradient design, allowing air to enter and exit smoothly and
reducing air flow noise.
2. Reduction of friction noise between rubber materials and road
surfaces
The rubber material of tires itself also has an impact on noise
generation. We have chosen a rubber material with a special
molecular structure that produces low noise when rubbed against the
road surface. The microstructure and elastic properties of its
surface make the friction between the tire and the road smoother,
reducing the noise generated by frictional vibration. This
