Characteristics of Copper Rice Machine:
1. The copper rice mill adopts dry crushing and pulverization,
which transforms raw materials such as waste cables and wires into
non-metallic mixtures such as metals and plastics after crushing
and pulverization
2. Crushing is achieved by using a multi machine combination
structure for one-time feeding, which is completed by multiple
machines and equipped with automatic conveying, sound insulation
technology, etc., to achieve the separation and recycling of metals
and plastics
3. Selected copper can be sorted out from the waste wire through a
copper meter machine, and selected aluminum can be separated from
the plastic or diaphragm in the waste wire through an electrostatic
sorting machine. Plastic in the waste wire can be separated
separately through air selection, reselection, and electrostatic
sorting, improving the recovery rate
4. There are three independent air ducts designed above the sorting
machine, equipped with independent valves, which can adjust the air
volume according to the amount of dust generated during the
recycling and processing of waste cables.
