Application Field:

LUBEKOTE 9226 is a water-based release agent for automotive interior PHC cover panels, also known as water-based release agent.

It is concentrated liquid, can be used 100 times dilution, good stripping;

The surface of the product is dry, the surface Dyne value of the product is more than 40, which does not affect the bonding, and solves the trouble of the customer's second bonding process;

This product does not contain wax, the main component is resin type active substances, prolong the dirty mold cycle, reduce the number of mold cleaning, save the cost!

Application:

1. The mold should be thoroughly cleaned.
2. Mold cleaning and release agent application should be performed in a well ventilated area.
3. Apply a thin coat at process temperature. It is recommended to apply at least two coats at the beginning.
4. After a short drying time it is ready to make production.
5. Reapply a light coat when necessary.

For industrial use only.
Prolonged skin contact with high concentrate dilutions should be avoided. Accidental splashes in the eye should be washed out with copious amounts of water.
