Product Introduction

The LDM-2050 is a new type of dual-axis diameter gauge developed by Mingrui Company. It has been improved in appearance, reduced in size and weight, and enhanced in measurement stability and environmental adaptability compared to the old LDM-50XY model. The product is robust and durable, and easy to maintain. It is a high-precision non-contact online measurement device that uses laser scanning technology to measure the outer diameter simultaneously in two directions (X-axis and Y-axis). It is suitable for measuring and controlling the outer diameter of metal wire materials, glass tubes, rubber hoses, wires and cables, etc. The bidirectional simultaneous measurement and average value display overcome the drawback of unidirectional diameter gauges that cannot measure non-circular objects. It can simultaneously display the outer diameter and out-of-roundness of wires and tubes.

5. Easy integration: Supports multiple data output methods and can be integrated with other automated equipment or production lines to achieve fully automated measurement and control.

6. Signal Feedback: The PID analog control signal function measures the outer diameter and adjusts the screw speed of the extruder or the speed of the traction machine to achieve the purpose of automatic control of the outer diameter.
