High Temperature Oxygen Index Tester Introduction:
The high temperature oxygen index tester is designed and developed
according to ISO 4589-3 (Elevated-temperature test) and NES 715
(British naval engineering standard), and is specifically used for
evaluating the flame retardant properties of materials in high
temperature environments. The equipment integrates a precision
electric heating system based on the intelligent oxygen index
tester, which can accurately preheat the mixed gas in the
combustion tube and realize the determination of the ignition
temperature of the material under different oxygen concentration
conditions. It is suitable for the combustion characteristics
analysis of plastics, composite materials and vertically fixed soft
film materials of self-supporting vertical strip specimens
(thickness ≤10.5mm), and can meet the stringent testing
requirements for high temperature fire resistance of materials in
aerospace, shipbuilding and other fields. Its temperature control
system supports multi-stage programmed heating, which can simulate
the combustion behavior of materials under actual high temperature
conditions, and provide key data support for material research and
development and safety certification.

High Temperature Oxygen Index Tester Features:
1. Equipped with imported paramagnetic oxygen concentration sensor,
no service life limit (unlike electrochemical sensors, the service
life is only about 1 year)
2. Equipped with high temperature resistant quartz glass cylinder,
outlet inner diameter 40mm, inner cylinder (inner diameter greater
than 75mm, height greater than 450mm), outer cylinder (the gap with
the inner cylinder is between 5mm~10mm, the height is the same as
the inner cylinder);
3. Equipped with self-supporting sample specimen clamp and
non-self-supporting sample specimen clamp;
4. Equipped with nitrogen and oxygen mass flow controllers imported
from Japan, accurately control the gas flow, the accuracy is
0.01L/min (unlike float flowmeters, manual adjustment of oxygen and
nitrogen flow);
5. Patented gas flow mixing control unit, equipped with nitrogen
and oxygen mass flow controllers, accurately control gas flow;
6. After the oxygen concentration is set on the screen, the PLC LCD
touch screen control system automatically adjusts the oxygen
concentration according to the set value. Precise and convenient
control;
7. Patented gas mixing chamber ensures more accurate oxygen
concentration measurement and more complete mixing of oxygen and
nitrogen;
8. Color LCD touch screen displays flow, time, experimental results
and other parameters in real time;
