Usage: to research the hemostatic system.
Specimen: plasma.
Conditions of centrifugation: 2000-2500 gfor 10-15 minutes.
lmmediately after taking the blood into the tube with citrate it must becarefully mixed at least 5 times to prevent micro clots.
