The BCGF18/18/6/6 type rinser&filler&capper produced by our company is a new product, which

based on introducing in, assimilating and absorbing from the domestic and foreign same genus

production, and combined our many year’s experience. It integrated rinser, filler and capper

together, as one unit motor is driven though the worm reducer-gear wheel to run synchronously.

The advantages include high automatization, compact structure, fine performance, convinently

operating, safety and frequency conversion changeable capacity, etc. It’s a technic advances and

capability excellent filling equipment for non-carbonic drink (e.g.:pure water, mineral water). The

equipment suits round or square pet bottles’ filling and capping. For different size bottles, we only

need to change less bottle mould alteration parts and adjust the level position partly, then could

meet the client’s requirements.

This machine integerates bottle rising, filling and capping in one monobloc, it is suitable

for glass bottle, and for all non-gas liquid, such as water, juiced beverage, tea, wine etc.

This machine is our exclusive design, it can seal two kinds caps in one machine, crown

cap and ring pull cap, it has 18 rising heads, 18 filling heads, 6 crown cap sealing heads

and 6 ring-pull cap sealing heads, can filling 6000 bottles per hour.
