30-450 t/h Aggregate Crusher Plant Stone Production Line for Quarry Highway

Introduction of Stone Crusher Plant:

The stone crusher plant is a special crushing stone line, which can crush the various stones to different granularity stones for quarry, highway, building, construction, etc.

Stone Crushing Processes

The vibrating feeder conveys the stone material to jaw crusher uniformly for crude crushing(primary crushing). The crushed stone after crude crushing, will come into the next crushing for fine crushing and shaping crushing. After the stone reaching the finished granularity need, it will come into the vibrating screen for dividing bigger or smaller stone, and sand. About the unfinished granularity stone, it will be conveyed to the crushers again. If customer need, the sand washing machine and dust remover can be equipped in this production Line.

Stone Crushing Section:

1. Feeding section

This part is mainly feeding the stone material to other stone crushers and screening machine. This section feeder is usually vibrating feeder, which can make the feeding material more uniform and remove the impurities on stone.

2. Crushing section

This section is the key of whole line. This part will crush all kinds of stone to the qualified granularity finished material. The crushing section can be composed by several crushers-- jaw crusher, cone crusher, hammer crusher, impact crusher. Different crusher has different crushing features, so collocating them in different ways can get different results.

3. Screening and conveying section

This part is mainly screening different stone granularity and sand. In stone material production line, the screening part is only screen the different granularity stone. But in the sand stone material production line, the sand and stone need be divided, after classifying, the sand and stone needs to be conveyed to respective area. The YK YS vibrating screen can be used in screening. Other vibrating machine can also be used. About the conveying machine, It will be belt conveyor.
