Description:
The convergent ultrasonic atomization nozzle is combined with low-pressure air/gas to produce a soft, highly focused small droplet beam. Usually, compressed air/gas of 1 psi is introduced into the diffusion chamber of the air guide hood surrounding the nozzle, generating a uniformly distributed air/gas flow around the nozzle rod. The spray generated by the ultrasonic wave at the tip of the valve stem is immediately entrained in the low-pressure air/airflow. The adjustable focusing mechanism on the wind deflector can fully control the spray width. The spray hood is very narrow and shaped like an hourglass. The width of the shape is controlled by adjusting the distance between the nozzle and the substrate, ranging from 0.07-1.0 inches (1.78-25 mm). Very suitable for small devices such as brackets, balloon conduits, wires, flux for selective welding applications, etc.
Principle:
The ultrasonic atomizer utilizes electronic high-frequency oscillation and the high-frequency resonance of ceramic atomization plates to disperse the structure of liquid water molecules and produce naturally flowing water mist, without the need for heating or adding any chemical reagents. Compared with the heating atomization method, it saves 90% of energy. In addition, a large amount of negative ions will be released during the atomization process, which will react with floating smoke, dust, etc. in the air in an electrostatic manner, causing them to precipitate. At the same time, it can effectively remove harmful substances such as formaldehyde, carbon monoxide, bacteria, etc., purifying the air and reducing the occurrence of diseases.
