First, the raw materials are put into the disc through the feeding
device. While the raw materials are being fed, the spray device
will spray water or solution evenly on the materials and mix them
thoroughly.
After the equipment is started, the granulating disc rotates at
high speed. Under the action of eccentricity and friction, the raw
materials are mixed in the plate and gradually form solid
particles. The pelletized particles are discharged from the edge of
the granulating plate under the action of centrifugal force to
achieve continuous production.
