The stability of the storage was better, especially for these conditions as hydrolysis and have long storage period. It can be widely used as stabilizer agent for polyurethane foam, emulsifier, personal protective product, coating leveling agent, softener for the hydrophilic antistatic fabric, self-emulsifying defoaming agent, water-soluble lubricant, glass antifogging agent and cross-linking sealant.
