AUTOMATIC FOUR SIDE SEAL HORIZONTAL FLOW WRAPPER

This horizontal four side seal packing machine can pack flat solid products in pouches with four side seal. Such as medical strips- medical plaster, pain relief patches, cooling sheet, mosquito repellent patches, cannula fixator etc.

Tension of material is controlled automatically and mechanically.
It can be adjusted by hand-wheel when positioning of product needs to be corrected.
Plaster can be packed for one single piece or a number of pieces.
Suitable for use on one single roll of packing paper for positioning the correct printing both on front and back side of the packing paper to fit in with each other.
Process of packing plus edge cutting can highly elevate the quality of finished product after packing.
Positioned cutting can be done by detecting the printing mark on packing paper sensed by photoelectric.
Machine will automatically stop as soon as running out of material is detected by auto sensor and the machine will warning when there is no product.(optional)
Machine designed in horizontal position to facilitate the operating for production. It is easy to change for making different specification of products and so is it to do the regular maintenance.
