Mixer Machine
Purpose of Sand Mixer Machine:
This series of double arm continuous resin sand mixer is mainly
used for mixing resin self-hardening sand and sodium silicate sand.
Features of Sand Mixer Machine:
Binder supply system adopts advanced gear pump, diaphragm pump,
liquid detector, accurate measurement.
The mixing time is short and no head tailings are lost. The double
arms are flexible in rotation and the working area is large.
Full-open sand mixing cage arm, easy to clean or adjust blades,
easy to operate and maintain
Setting up advanced dust removal device can further reduce the
content of fine powder in sand, remove odor, greatly reduce the
amount of binder added, improve the quality of moulding sand, and
achieve good economic benefits.
The electric system is controlled by PLC, which restricts the full
protection. The analog screen shows that the system works steadily
and reliably, and realizes automatic production.
