Characteristics of Industrial Vacuum Furnace:
Double-layer SUS304 furnace body structure, with cooling water in
the middle, can effectively reduce the surface temperature of the
furnace body, reduce high temperature damage and reduce the impact
on the environment.
Frame double pillar support structure, using profile welding,
overall processing, to ensure the reliability of equipment;
Vacuum furnace adopts advanced thermal insulation material and
structure, with low thermal conductivity and good thermal
insulation effect. Even at high temperature, it can effectively
insulate heat and save energy consumption.
Vacuum furnace temperature range is wide, heating elements are
optional, such as graphite, molybdenum, tungsten, induction
heating, etc. In a suitable protective atmosphere, the highest
temperature can reach 3000 C, which can adapt to the hot pressing
sintering of different materials.
Various vacuum system configurations, according to the process to
choose different levels of vacuum;
