Due to the high thermal conductivity and low cutting force of
magnesium alloy, the heat dissipation speed in the process of
machining is very fast, so the tool life is long and the amount of
sticking tool is small, which can reduce the cost of cutting tool
and shorten the downtime needed for changing the tool.
Because magnesium is easy to cut, its chip breaking performance is
very good, in general, only after a single finishing can achieve
the required final surface finish.

hot rolling and rolling process is adopted, which is flexible in
production and can produce ultra-wide and large-specification
magnesium plate and strip to meet the needs of various industries.

rough temperature rolling mill, two sets of magnesium alloy fine
temperature rolling mill, and one set of magnesium alloy rough foil
rolling mill. A set of magnesium alloy fine foil rolling mill, a
set of sheet type hot rolling mill, and supporting power and
inspection auxiliary equipment, can produce magnesium alloy sheet
and foil with thickness of 0.002~50mm and width not more than
1100mm. The company also has relatively complete mechanical
processing equipment, which can process various magnesium alloy
structural parts and stamping parts.
Through talent introduction and unremitting research and
development, the company has successfully developed magnesium alloy
belt type warm rolling technology (roller temperature control
technology, online heating technology, online thermal insulation
technology, magnesium alloy warm rolling continuous lubrication
technology), which is the first in the industry. The thickness of
the magnesium alloy foil produced by the technology can reach 0.01
mm, and the comprehensive yield of the magnesium alloy sheet can be
